Coming up with new blends is just one of the many perks of working here. Some days I am intentional about the end product I am going for. Other days I just throw beans together out of complete curiosity. This blend just so happened be the latter of the two experimental "non-scientific" methods...and dang is it tasty! You say luck, I say skill. Agree to disagree. ;-)
All coffee is ground to a medium grind level (preferred for automatic drip brewers) unless otherwise requested.
We are more than willing to accomodate any grind level needed.
