I will admit that I typically stay away from "chocolate flavored" coffee/creamer/flavor shots. I LOVE CHOCOLATE, but don't always love the artificial taste of things meant to taste like it. When I was asked by my customers to come up with mocha flavored coffee I cringed a bit. I created and tasted and tested many different flavor profile samples...until finally I found a combination of chocolate and cream that was a coffee I could put my name on. I highly recommend eating a creamy chocolate truffle after taking a sip or two...it will literally melt in your mouth!
